“I have not heard of Purely Creative before making a claim. I was dubious at first as to whether the claim would be honoured. But, the customer service was excellent. The booking agent was very polite and helpful. At the salon, the service was also excellent, felt very comfortable and welcome. I enjoyed it very much. The staff at the salon were very warm and welcoming. The appointment was easy to book and Purely Creative staff were easy to speak to. My views have absolutely changed about Purely Creative games – beforehand I always thought the gamecards were a con with no awards being given and now my views have changed. I would recommended them to family or friends as it’s worth a try to see which rewards are given.”

“Excellent customer service! Very professional, exactly what I expect from a visit to the hair salon. I very much enjoyed my experience award. They weren’t afraid of dealing with my long hair, many salons don’t know what to do with long hair. The best things were the ease of booking, professional paperwork (i.e. packaging and verification) and a great trim! There were no silly questions about where I am going on holiday. Personally, I don’t think anything could be done to improve the experience – it was a great free experience. Top marks, good job, continue! I have always enjoyed Purely Creative.
