Terms & Conditions for UK Residents

• All promotions are independent competition promotions and are not connected in any way with the publication in which they are found.

• Cards altered or tampered with in any way will be declared void.
• To play you must be 18 or over (or 16 or over where specified) and a resident of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland if specified, and have the permission of the person who pays the telephone bill to call. Proof of age may be required.
• No purchase necessary. If you require a card write enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope (SSAE) to Dept FRC, 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster, Lancashire LA1 3SU (one per household).
• If you require a claim number by post write enclosing an SSAE to the ‘Dept PCN’ address (as shown on your card), 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster, Lancashire LA1 3SU. Do not enclose your gamecard. 1 claim number will be issued per request within 28 days of receipt. The claim number is valid for one entry only. Max two claim number requests per promotion, per household. Multiple cash claims on the same promotion will not be valid. In such cases the higher value prize will be fulfilled. Prizes will be dispatched within 10 working days of the closing date of the promotion.
• Queries regarding competition entries must be received within 30 days of the closing date. A Certificate of Postage is not accepted as proof of delivery. Entries lost, delayed, illegible or insufficiently stamped will be declared void.
• We strongly advise that you keep a copy or scan or photo of your game card.
• We advise that claims for the top prizes (worth £500 or over) are sent by Recorded Delivery to: Purely Creative, 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster, Lancashire LA1 3SU.
• If you submit a prize winning card by post the cost of second class postage plus the approximate cost of an envelope will be refunded.
• If you have won a prize but are applying for a thank you gift (where applicable), your gift application should include a second class stamp. If you are claiming a prize only you need not enclose a stamp. Gifts are subject to availability and will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of your application. In the unlikely event that an advertised gift becomes unavailable an alternative of equal value will be dispatched.
• Any entry without a valid claim number will be declared void. The Manager’s decision is final.
• Valid claims for top prizes, as specified on your card, will be verified in writing. Allow 4 weeks for the delivery of all other prizes.
• Promotions are open to the UK, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands (& ROI where stated).
• In the unlikely event of the number of claims received being greater than the number of prizes available for any level, the prize fund for that level will be shared equally, except in the event of printer/technical errors where the cards will be declared void.
• For an enlarged list of rules write enclosing an SAE. A full list of winners is available 28 days after the close of the competition. Write enclosing an SAE to Winners List Request, Purely Creative, 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster, Lancashire LA1 3SU.
• Purely Creative employees, relatives, friends, and associated companies are not eligible to enter.

• The number of major prizes available is as stated on promotional material. Prizes are subject to availability. Purely Creative reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of equal or higher value. All cash prizes will be paid by cheque made payable to the winning claimant only. Names and regions of high value prize winners will feature in post promotion publicity. Entry into the competition means acceptance of the rules.
• Text and call costs and duration are as specified on the card. The text entry route may not be available in the Republic of Ireland.
• UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island callers can contact our Customer Services helpline on 08700 500 755. This is a live service Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. An automated service is available at all other times.
• If you do not wish to receive information/offers from Purely Creative or other reputable companies write to Dept DRD at Purely Creative, 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster, LA1 3SU.
• Entry into the promotion means acceptance of the above rules. Failure to comply with the rules of entry may invalidate your claim.
