& Conditions for UK Customers
The
following information can also be found on the reverse of each promotional
game card.
All
promotions are independent competition promotions and are not connected
in any way with the publication in which they are found.

altered or tampered with in any way will be declared void.
You
must be 18 or over (or 16 or over where specified) and a resident of
the United Kingdom to play, and have the permission of the person who
pays the telephone bill to call. Proof of age may be required.
No purchase necessary. If you require a card write enclosing an SAE
to Dept FRC, 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster,
Lancashire LA1 3SU (one per household).
Winning
combinations can be inspected at the above offices (Monday to Friday
1pm - 5pm). If you require a personal claim number by post write enclosing
an SAE to Dept PCN, 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road,
Lancaster, Lancashire LA1 3SU. 1 personal claim number will be issued per request within 28 days of receipt. The personal claim number is valid for one entry only. Awards will be dispatched within 10 working days of the closing date of the promotion.
Queries
regarding competition entries must be received within 30 days of the
closing date. A Certificate of Postage is not accepted as proof of delivery.
Entries lost, delayed, illegible or insufficiently stamped will be declared
void.
If
you are an instant winner of one of the top prizes, as specified on
the card, your postage and telephone costs will be refunded. We advise that claims for one of the top prizes are sent by Recorded delivery to; Purely
Creative, 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster,
Lancashire LA1 3SU.
A
first class stamp is required to claim all awards, entries without the
required stamp will be void. Any entry without a valid personal claim
number will be declared void. The Manager’s decision is final.
Valid
claims for top prizes, as specified on your card, will be verified in
writing. Allow 4 weeks for the delivery of all other awards.
Promotions
are open to the UK, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands (& ROI where
stated).
In
the unlikely event of the number of claims received being greater than
the number of prizes or awards available for any level, the prize fund for that
level will be shared equally, except in the event of printer/technical
errors where the cards will be declared void.
For
an enlarged list of rules write enclosing an SAE. A full list of winners
is available 28 days after the close of the competition. Write enclosing
an SAE to Winners List Request, Purely Creative, 1 Mannin Way, Lancaster
Business Park, Caton Road, Lancaster, Lancashire LA1 3SU.
Purely
Creative employees, relatives, friends, and associated companies are
not eligible for entry.
Any

The
number of prizes and awards available is as stated in the rules printed on the
promotion. Prizes and awards are subject to availability. Purely Creative reserves
the right to substitute any prize or award for one of an equal value. All cash
prizes will be paid by cheque made payable to the winning claimant only.
Winners may be asked for permission to publish their details. Entry
into the competition means acceptance of the rules.
Call
costs, SMS costs and length are as specified on the card. The text entry
route may not be available in the Republic of Ireland.
