“First class. The skipper created an excellent atmosphere for my daughter Fiona and I. He made the cruise interesting and amusing. His crew were polite and helpful. It was a very happy day which we both enjoyed. It was most relaxing and pleasant and the other passengers seemed to also enjoy the experience. It was unusual and completely different from which we would not have otherwise arranged. It gave me a sense of belonging and companionship with the group. “Very good customer service. Excellent service offered by the spa. We enjoyed the experience very much – a much needed pamper for two overworked ladies! Very pleasant and welcoming staff, excellent food and relaxing surroundings and facilities – very clean! Nothing really could be done to improve the experience award. “At first I was not sure about Purely Creative because I hadn’t heard of them and didn’t know them. I was given my first choice of date and so I was pleased. The hotel duty manager was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I enjoyed the award because I was able to use the leisure facilities which I really enjoyed. The location, the facilities and the food were the best things. Everything was fine. My views about Purely Creative have definitely changed – I have sent off some more winning tickets! I’d recommend them to a friend because of my experience with them. I look forward to winning more awards!”
