A. Full details of what’s included in your holiday will be provided along with confirmation of your eligibility, and the holiday company or experience day provider will be able to answer any additional questions you may have. Purely Creative cannot answer questions about the specifics of your holiday or experience day, but if you do have any questions or problems in relation to your award our Customer Services team will be happy to contact the relevant supplier on your behalf.
